Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Etaye LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, trading as ONYX Inbounds. By creating an account you accept them. Accounts are available by invitation only.

We connect licensed insurance agents with live prospects. A dialer speaks to a consumer, records what they gathered, chooses an agent licensed in that state, and transfers the call. We provide the routing and the record. We do not sell insurance, and we are not a party to any policy you write.

You may only receive transfers for states where you hold a current insurance licence, and you may only submit business to carriers you are appointed with. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate on your account. Advice you give a consumer is yours alone.

If a transfer was not what it should have been, raise a dispute from your call log. We review each one and refund the charge to your wallet where the complaint is fair. Wallet balances are credit for transfers; they are not a deposit account and are not withdrawable as cash.

We do not promise any number of transfers, in any period, in any state. Volume depends on who is calling, who is online, and what consumers do. Nothing here is a promise of income.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern how you sell: licensing, do-not-call rules, call recording consent, and carrier requirements. We build gates into the product where we can, but they are assistance, not a substitute for your own compliance.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that appears to be misusing the platform, or where we are required to do so. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts of Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email, and the date above will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
